The body · The world · The work

A journal of your physical life.

Body composition, training, and the people you train with — in one record. Not a tracker. Not a coach in your ear. A quiet, accurate read of your body, compounding over years.

What it is

Three surfaces. One record.

The body records your composition, scan by scan. The world is where you find your people — runs, communities, pickup events. The work is your training — written by you, or by your coach if you have one. The same record threads through all three.

The body I.

Composition, scan by scan.

Upload your InBody scans. delta reads body fat, muscle, weight, segmental composition — and tells you what's actually changing. Diagnostic, not prescriptive. Honest mirror, not motivational app.

Every scan layered on the last. The trend named before it names you. Cuts, bulks, recovery — labeled by you, never softened by the app.

The world II.

Find your people.

Group runs, communities, pickup events — created and joined by other delta members. Not a feed. A real-world layer that lives next to your private journal: where to be on Saturday, who'll be there, what pace.

Common questions

A few things worth knowing.

Do I need an InBody scan to use delta?
No. You can enter readings manually — body fat, weight, muscle — from any source. InBody, DEXA, BodPod, smart scale. The journal doesn't care where the number came from; it cares that it's recorded.
Is this a social network?
No. The world is a real-world layer — group runs, communities, pickup events — without a feed, without likes, without comments to scroll. You see what's happening this week, RSVP if you want, and close the app.
How do I become a verified coach?
Apply through your dashboard. We review applications manually — credentials, experience, references. Coaches get a second surface on top of their delta with athletes and classes management.
What's private and what's public?
Your record is private by default. Sharing is per-link, not per-setting. Communities and pickup events are public to other delta members in your city. Coach plans are private between you and your coach. Nothing is public unless you make it so.
Where can I use it?
Web, iOS, Android. Same record across all three.
What does it cost?
Free for the basics — scan logging, training journal, world events. Premium tier for performance benchmarks, athletic tier, advanced segmental analysis, and editorial weekly reads. Coaches pay a separate fee per active athlete.
