1. What delta is — and what it isn't

delta is a personal body composition tracking tool. It helps you log, visualise and understand your own data over time. Nothing more, nothing less.

delta is not a medical device, healthcare provider, or substitute for professional medical advice. No information, insight, estimate, or recommendation produced by delta — whether generated by our system or derived from your data — should be treated as medical, clinical, nutritional, or fitness advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making health or lifestyle decisions.

We make no guarantees about results. Using delta — including any paid tier — does not guarantee improvements in body composition, athletic performance, health outcomes, or any other metric. Your results depend entirely on your own actions, consistency, and circumstances.

By using delta you acknowledge and accept these limitations in full.

2. What we collect

We collect only what is necessary to operate the product. This includes:

Account information — your name, email address, and password (stored securely and never readable by us).

Profile data — age, gender, height, country, goal type, and activity level. This is used to personalise your experience and calibrate reference ranges.

Body composition data — scan results you manually enter, including weight, muscle mass, body fat percentage, and other InBody metrics. You enter this data voluntarily. We do not connect to any InBody machine or medical device directly.

Lifestyle data — monthly check-in scores, activity logs, event records, and notes you choose to enter.

Usage data — basic information about how you use the product, used to improve the service.

We do not collect data passively beyond what you explicitly enter. We do not access your camera, microphone, contacts, location, or any device sensor.

3. How we use your data

To power your dashboard — your data is used to generate your timeline, insights, and all personalised content within the product. This is the primary purpose of everything we collect.

To improve the product — we may analyse usage patterns and aggregated data to understand how the product is used and where it can be improved.

Aggregated and anonymised data — we reserve the right to use anonymised, aggregated data that cannot identify any individual for research, business development, industry partnerships, and product improvement purposes. This may include sharing insights with health industry partners, fitness businesses, or research initiatives. Your personal data is never shared in a form that could identify you.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your identifiable personal information with third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes.

4. How we protect your data

Your data is stored on secure, encrypted infrastructure provided by reputable third-party cloud services. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections. Access to your data is restricted and controlled.

We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely immune to security risks. In the event of a data breach or security incident, we will notify affected users as soon as reasonably practicable.

By using delta you acknowledge that no service can guarantee absolute security and that you accept this inherent risk. delta and its operators shall not be held liable for damages resulting from unauthorised access to your data caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Your rights

Access — you can view all data you have entered at any time through your dashboard.

Deletion — you can request full deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe.

Export — you may request a copy of your personal data in a readable format by contacting us.

Correction — you can edit or update your data directly within the product at any time.

To exercise any of these rights contact us at the email below.

6. Intellectual property

delta — including its name, visual identity, product design, user interface, algorithms, data structures, insights engine, scoring methodologies, and all software — is the exclusive intellectual property of its creators. All rights are reserved.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, mirror, or create derivative works from any part of delta — in whole or in part — without explicit written permission. This includes the product's design language, feature set, data models, and any proprietary methods used to generate insights or scores.

Unauthorised reproduction or imitation of delta — whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes — constitutes intellectual property infringement and will be pursued to the fullest extent available under applicable law.

Any data you enter into delta remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to process and display that data for the purpose of providing the service. This licence does not extend to any other use of your personal data beyond what is described in this policy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, delta and its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

— Your use of or inability to use the product

— Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in data, insights, or estimates produced by the system

— Decisions made based on information provided by delta

— Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data

— Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the service

delta provides the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Payments and subscriptions

Paid features, where available, are billed in advance on a subscription basis. All payments are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. We do not guarantee that any paid feature will produce specific results or improvements.

We reserve the right to change pricing, modify features, or discontinue any tier of service with reasonable notice.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to users via email or an in-product notice. Continued use of delta after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

The date at the top of this page reflects when the policy was last updated.

10. Governing law

This policy and any disputes arising from your use of delta shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law in the jurisdiction in which the service is operated. By using delta you consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts for any disputes that cannot be resolved informally.
